Use the email address registered in the Cubin app. If you forgot your password, use Reset Password in the app. Contact support if the issue continues.
Where can I check my verification?
Open Profile → Verification in the app. Identity verification and access are reviewed separately. Contact Cubin if you have questions about your status.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete Account in the app. Read the account deletion page for details and retention limitations.
